We restart working as soon as possible under preventable and controllable conditions. Thanks to the sufficient stock of materials, we did not affect much on the output even upstream interruption in the first quarter, and keep most promised date sent goods to Europe and Asia outside China by first time after logistics recovery. We recall staffs as many as possible and regained over 90% of normal capacity by the end of March.
Generally the production of mica tape products is relatively longer and the time requirements from market are very urgent. In addition, the large-scale cancellation of overseas transportation has caused the time requirements to be extremely urgent. We have increased night shift production and minimized the output time to cope with the delays in transportation.
Mica machined products and mica tubes, due to the short production period, the main problem is in the raw material feed, luckly we have prepared sufficient inventory so the impact is very small. The delivery is basically completed on time.
The mica heater section have been adjusted qucikly due to the impact of global epidemics, but we have made full preparations for the stock of heating parts in end of 2019, so the impact is still under control and we recover full capacity till mid March.
With the vigorous cooperation of all employees, we have basically completed the pending orders left in 2019 and not delayed new orders during 2020 Q1. Although there have been large-scale cancellations and delays in international logistics, we still strive to complete more than 80% of new orders, and strive to ensure that the delay of subsequent orders does not exceed half a month.
