Mica heating element (mica heating core/mica heating frame/mica heating plate, etc.), benefit from high temperature and electrical insulation characteristics of mica sheet. Mica heating element is made of mica sheet, thermostat, terminal, lead wire and wire sleeve etc. The regular heating wire include iron chrome aluminum (OCr25Al5 1350 ~ 1400 ° C) and nickel chrome (Cr20Ni80 1250 ° C ) ,mica sheet include muscovite or phlogopite, thermostat has various options, which can be selected according to customer requirements. Mica heating element (frame) products are non-standard products, It can be made by customer drawings, or designed by STMAT and made accordingly.

云母发热件（主要分为云母发热芯、云母发热架、云母发热盘等），是基于云母耐高温和电绝缘的特性，以云母片或元件为支架辅以其他材料，缠绕发热丝，在通电后发热。云母发热件的组成材料包括云母板、温控器、接线端子、输出引线及电热线套管等， 发热丝主要采用铁铬丝（OCr25Al5 1350~1400 °C）和镍铬丝（Cr20Ni80 1250 °C）两种，云母片选用白云母或金云母，温控器则非常多样化，可根据客户需求选用。云母发热件（架）产品皆属于非标产品，我司可根据客户图纸定做，也可承接自主设计制作等业务。
